Job Title: Corporate Receptionist - Part Time

Description: Part Time Corporate Receptionist (27.5hrs per week) 16,500 pro rata

My client is looking to recruit a highly experienced receptionist to work part time from 8am until 1.30pm, Monday to Friday (27.5 hours per week).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and greet clients, guests and visitors, act as a first point of contact for the firm, to ensure all clients, guests and visitors are greeted in a professional manner.
Book and co-ordinate meeting rooms and to ensure that they are effectively utilised. This will include liaising with units to ensure all bookings are aligned with any catering requirements.
Preparation of meeting rooms, ensuring that all rooms and client waiting areas are prepared and maintained to the highest order along with organising any IT requirements.
Providing administrative support and guidance to clients in respect of general enquiries e.g. travel to our office and to help with clerical duties such as faxing and photocopying as necessary.
Manage and operate the switchboard, passing callers to the relevant colleague as quickly and efficiently as possible.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous experience of working as a receptionist within professional services is essential;
Bright, enthusiastic and engaging personality, capable of interacting with people at all levels;
Smart, professional appearance;
Ability to maintain high level of customer service, demonstrating diplomacy where necessary and coping well under pressure;
Efficient and effective communicator with strong inter-personal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Proactive abilities with a keen eye for detail;
Proven IT skills, in particular of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint etc);
An ability to work in a demanding environment;
An accurate and methodical approach to work, ensuring that processes, procedures etc are followed correctly;
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
