Job Title: Cisco Ucm Support Engineer
Location:East Midlands
Rate:£30K to £37K Per Year
Description: We are looking to recruit an experienced Cisco UCM support engineer. A generic understanding of Cisco Switching and Routing is also required, however the core of this role will be to provide support on Cisco UCM to the organisation. This will include working on projects relating to UCM. This will include an upcoming upgrade of UCM.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of Cisco voice networking and specifically the support of UCM. You will ideally also have a good generic knowledge of Cisco switching and Routing. Any Cisco accreditation such as CCNA, CCNE or CCNP would be an advantage as would ITIL. However the key is a substantial hands on track record of providing 2nd and ideally 3rd line UCM support and experience of working on the delivery of UCM implementation / upgrade projects

There is a refresh and upgrade of the networking infrastructure including voice / UCM and you will play a significant part in these projects providing the hands on UCM expertise to the team. In addition you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the UCM userbase. This is an opportunity to join a networking and infrastructure team providing support in a large and complex environment. They have an enviable track record for investing in the training and development of their people and a policy of promoting from within whenever possible. There are excellent opportunities for further career development within the organisation.
