Job Title: Interim Senior Propositions Manager - GO TO Market
Rate:£400 to £550 Per Day    Benefits: 3 month contract
Description: A 3 month project has arisen looking to appoint an Interim Senior Propositions Manager to support the development and launch of a range of new contract tariffs to the consumer market.

They ideally need someone who comes from their industry and so has an understanding of the challenges and dynamics when handling go to market projects like this. Their industry is consumer energy markets, so if you have experience with the big 6 or maybe one of the newer, smaller players, this could be a great project for you!

However they have also said they would broaden their horizons to include people who might come from proposition development and go to market environments within consumer telecoms, launching new products and propositions to market, with experience in the testing and trails process as well as designing new tariffs and contract based propositions.

Key tasks will include:

* Product and Project Management support – dealing with the go to market planning and execution
* Testing and trailing new tariffs and contract plans
* Engaging the pricing, customer operations and marketing functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in a joined up manner which gives an excellent customer experience

The business you will be part of is a major consumer brand and a household name, the services themselves are a mixture of financial services offerings and utility/energy market services.

Location: Staines, Middlesex
Rate: 400-550 per day (based on experience)
Term: 3 months

Experience Required:

* You’ve developed and launched new consumer propositions, including the whole testing and trailing, go to market process within the consumer energy market ideally. They’ve also said they would be interested in seeing industries which are closely related and have similarities such as consumer telecoms.
* Great project management skills, able to pull together teams from across a business such as pricing, marketing, finance, etc. to get behind projects and ensure they meet launch deadlines whilst also delivering exceptional customer experiences and demonstrate a joined up approach

* You have a keen eye for market and customer insight, how to utilise it to commercial advantage in the development of new service propositions
* A great commercial mind – thinking in terms of customer need, pricing strategies, tiered pricing structures, what customers will and won’t pay for, value and return
* A focus on the customer, ensuring an excellent customer experience is delivered at all touchpoints of the buying, as well as in-life service journey too
* Must have the necessary visas to live and work in the UK – sponsorship cannot be provided.
