Salary: 42,000 to 50,000 + car allowance + equity



Customer Programme Manager: You will join a company that have developed a range of sensing, data management and analytic solutions for the water industry.



The role would involve engaging with customers across a range of departments to develop new business opportunities and then co-ordinating a team of field, analytical and engineering resource to deliver these projects. You would effectively be the voice of the customer within the company, and ensure that product development is aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities:



* Acting as representative with the customer and exuding passion for the solutions offered whilst providing clarity on the product offering

* Providing rapid feedback on customer interactions at all levels

* Project manager for ‘lift and shift’ field trials using TS loggers working closely with several tier 1 customers as a pre-cursor to engagement on New Product Introduction (NPI)

* Specific engagement on GIS related activity and hydraulic modelling as a core element of the trials

* Co-ordination of Alpha ‘friendly customer’ and Beta ‘any customer’ pre-production trials with an emphasis on gathering feedback and ensuring buy in from an overall solution perspective

* Preparation of regular reports detailing results from various ongoing trials

* Co-ordination of resources (people parts and process) required to initiate and support trials

* Control of finances relating to trials

* Preparation of project plans with clear and agreed project objectives and responsibility for maintaining and reporting on them them using Agile process techniques

* Responsibility for health and safety and preparation of risk assessments in relation to the trials and resources assigned
