45-55,000 plus Car/Allowance and Benefits

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Manager to join an esteemed construction company who operate throughout the United Kingdom.

The main purpose of the role is to o oversee the day to day running of the Customer Care Department. To discuss and present Internal Department Customer Care improvements. To promote a positive image of the Company.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:
• Requiring education/ qualifications to a level of NVQ 3, ‘A’ Level, BTEC National or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Construction sector
• Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
• Strong time management skills
