First 12 Weeks: 8.67

After 12 Weeks: 10.14

After 9 Months: 10.68 (Subject to Criteria being met)

As an Assembly Operative you will be required to:

* Sub assemble components prior to whole assembly
* Use of press tools to insert friction fit parts
* Set and use hand, air and torque tools
* Use digital readout and LED readout equipment
* Read, understand and work from standard work guides
* Work to TAKT times and quality targets
* Be responsible for fault finding and correction of failed assemblies
* Pack assemblies ready for dispatch

Suitable applicants will have:

* Experience of work in an assembly/ automotive role desirable
* Good attention to details
* Ability to use hand, air and torque tools safely and effectively
* Awareness of health and safety

Normal working week is (however may vary):

7am – 4pm, Monday – Thursday, 7am – 10.30am Friday

Please note that a drug and alcohol test will be undertaken prior to being offered an assignment.
