Job Title: Customer Quality Specialist
Rate:£35K to £45K Per Year    Benefits: excellent package
Description: Due to business growth, we have an opportunity for a Customer Quality Specialist to join a Regional Quality Department. This Quality department ensures that customer requirements are understood and met, and their specifications are communicated and implemented across all sites.

The Role:


You will support both the Customer Quality Manager and Analytical Quality Manager and will lead key projects primarily relating to an automotive customer Group.

You will promote global business unit conformance to customer quality requirements for European Region customers, and assist in the quality planning aspects of new product introductions, from the development phases through to series production, ensuring conformance with specific customer requirements and relevant quality standards.

You will manage and participate in customer specific quality projects, representing the Customer when resolving internal quality issues and representing the business unit Operations and Quality departments when customer facing, providing reports and project summaries as required.

You will support the Analytical Quality Manager in managing the collation and analysis of laboratory and manufacturing data to assist in problem-solving, monitoring, or improvement activities and projects.

The Candidate:


A degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline.

Excellent leadership and project management skills along with an analytical approach to problem-solving.

Ideally, a background that includes a regulated laboratory or quality environment.

A high level of knowledge of statistical methods, along with the ability to interpret and present of technical data to diverse audiences.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrable IT skills using relevant technical software packages such as Minitab as well as Microsoft Office.
