Description: Senior Desktop Support Analyst

Excellent new opportunity for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst with experience in 2nd line support to work within a developing and expanding private sector organisation. I'm looking for someone with a flexible approach to undertake exciting new project-work as well mainstream application support. This role will include both on-site desk-side support and remote support as part of a national support desk for internal users and internal IT.

You will gain excellent exposure to the below technologies supporting a on site and remote users in the professional services sector. The business are based in Central Leeds – Walking distance from Leeds station – in recently refurbished offices so offer a really nice working environment.

In order to be considered for this assignment, you'll need to demonstrate strong technical skills in:

Windows OS
Active Directory
Microsoft Office
Telecomms / VOIP
Previous supervisory experience in a help desk environment

The role will be based in Leeds within an established support team and presents an opportunity for an experienced and qualified engineer who is looking to join a stable and expanding organisation. The position is a ‘senior’ role as would act as a lead for a junior helpdesk analyst which could give the successful candidate some tangible leadership experience.

Although looking for a qualified and experienced professional the organisation provide excellent personal development opportunities including training and exposure to new technology as well as the chance to progress within an expanding company.
