Job Title: Welder
Rate:£12.78 to £14.46 Per Hour    Benefits: Bonus
Description: As a Welder you will be required to:

Work on build/weld fixtures to tight tolerances

Have the ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team

Be accustomed to modern practices e.g. following a standard work procedure

Carry out some manual lifting

Work with a sense and awareness of safety at all times

Suitable applicants will have:

Previous experience of MIG, MMA

Relevant NVQ Level 3

Time Served Welder

As a Welder you will receive:

A well structured pay scale starting at 12.78, increasing to 13.12 after 6 months, 13.44 after 12 months and 14.46 after 24 months (subject to meeting agreed criteria) and shift allowances.

Qualified welders who are time served with indentures or NVQ Level 3 would start at 13.12

28 days paid holiday, rising to 33 days after 12 weeks service (inc. public Hols).

Monthly performance lead bonus including annual attendance bonus.

Normal working week is: 36.5 hours based on a changing 5 day shift pattern, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8am.
