Job Title: Client Engagement Manager - Sam

Description: Client Engagement Manager - Home Counties, Southern UK - Permanent

Working closely with the Operations Director and the delivery and sales teams, the Client Engagement Manager will be accountable for commercially successful client engagements via stakeholder management, targeted service design and QA and team direction at all stages of the service lifecycle.

A core responsibility of the role will be income and margin optimisation, requiring strong commercial awareness and collaboration with the new business and account management teams.

Deliverables to the customer may include :

• Presales and service design activity working with the pre-sales function
• Billable advisory consulting services (requirements analysis, gap, roadmap and formal client side and side service design)
• Directing the implementation of asset management solutions (from delivering ELPs, implementing AM software solutions to transforming customer operating models and delivering managed service or hosting solutions).
• Project control and related stakeholder management and team direction and tasking
• QA and escalation management

The Client Engagement Manager will be accountable for the successful design and delivery to time, cost and quality of the customer outcomes agreed with the Client; potentially managing multiple customer and supplier relationships.

The role of Client Engagement Manager is not intended to be a line management role. The Client Engagement Manager role will also support the pre-sales function and be involved in SAM/ITAM Pre-Sales Support, SAM/ITAM Service Design and Vision, Personal Billable Delivery & Service Leadership, Optimise and Control Client Engagements, Project Controls and Outcome Management, Monitor & Troubleshoot Managed Services, Managing SAM Vendor relationships, Quality Assurance, Coach, support, and motivate team colleagues, etc
