Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator

Description: A fantastic new opening for a Hospitality & Hotel professional, looking to take the step up into a luxury chain of Hotels, providing the most efficient, professional and warm service to all guests.

Providing exceptional guest experience by anticipating guests' needs and ensuring a seamless service is delivered from arrival through to departure.

Main Duties:

* To provide detailed knowledge of the area, promote hotel services and endeavour to make the guests' stay as memorable as possible
* To welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner to ensure guests are immediately made to feel at home.
* Exceeding guests' expectations by providing a discreet and personalised service
* To perform a seamless check in and rooming according to the Hotel standard
* To perform a seamless check out according to the Hotel standards
* Check in / Checkout and cashiering duties
* To liaise with guests prior to arrival to gather poignant information to make their stay more comfortable
* To be intuitive to guests needs, always offering an alternative if the first outcome cannot be achieved
* To drive buggies in a safe manner around the estate
* Promote hotel service and facilities to our guests
* To take reservation calls outside of office hours when needed according to the Hotel standards
* To ensure that guest requests for transportation within the estate are delivered in a timely fashion


* Natural desire to serve and exceed guests' expectations
* Previous experience in similar position desirable
* Good written and spoken English
* Innovative and insightful with a keen eye for detail
* Flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours (to include nights)
* Consistent, composed and controlled approach
* The right to work in the United Kingdom
* IT literate, Opera reservations
