Job Title: Office Manager / PA
Location:Sevenoaks
Rate:£25K to £26K Per Year
Description: Our established client based in Sevenoaks are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager / PA to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Implement and maintain administrative systems
• Assisting with regular printing of products
• Monitor and maintain office supplies (stationery)
• Provide support to the Director of the business
• Manage maintenance of office equipment
• Identify requirements & implement systems to improve environment & work flow
• General troubleshooting
• Manage diaries
• Review, update and maintain office policies
• Manage confidential material
• Meet and greet visitors. Provide general support to visitors (refreshments etc)
• Field phone calls to the main line
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post
• System administration
• Other ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Knowledge of Adobe or InDesign software packages
• Reliability and discretion
• Able to keep highly confidentiality information
• Background in Office Management
• Excellent organisational skills
• Computer literate and the ability to use full range of Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritise
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work on own initiative
