Job Title: Business Process Analyst - Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to document, develop and improve our client's internal processes. This person will work from the Cambridge office and report to the head of Business Process Management.

Primary Responsibilities:
Establish a comprehensive process catalogue for all key internal processes
Document processes and applicable controls in order of agreed importance to the business
Identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through analysis and documentation of processes
Publish processes on their internal Sharepoint for use by all staff
Create training materials for onboarding and staff training purposes

Required Skills:
Strong experience analysing and documenting business processes.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively.
Ability to adapt and stretch capabilities and skills to meet the business needs of a fast growing technology firm.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and process mapping skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
Knowledge of portal technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field (Business/Computer Science Degree preferred)
Minimum of 3 years business process analysis experience
