Job Title: 3rd Line Support Analyst - Lloyds Insurance / Lond
Location:City of London
Rate:£30K to £40K Per Year
Description: 3rd Line Support Engineer with experience of the Lloyds Insurance / London market needed for this City based insurer. Working as part of a close knit team the responsibilities are broad and will include:

• Providing 3rd Line support on Microsoft products (both front and back office) including MS SQL Server.
• Supporting their network and infrastructure - connectivity troubleshooting and fault resolution.
• Hardware support - repair and replacing of desktops and peripherals, cabling and patching.
• Network administration responsibilities; creating new accounts in Active Directory, creation and management of mailboxes on Exchange Server
• Onsite hardware maintenance, arrangement of repairs, deliveries and supplies with third parties for the business.
