Our client is a provider of housing and community services. Formed in April 2015 from an historic merger between two of Manchester's largest housing associations, , they currently own and manage more than 12,000 homes in central, south and east Manchester.

Following a restructure, two exciting opportunities have arisen within our clients Customer Services Team. The first point of contact for the majority of customer enquiries, their team of managers and Customer Service Advisors deliver a high quality and responsive service through a multi-channel contact centre.

THE TEAM LEADER ROLE

As a Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of Customer Service Advisors to deliver quality, efficient and consistent customer services. You will ensure the team provides accessibility and choice for customers and that they support the increased take-up of digital service access.

You should have experience of managing staff in a customer service or contact centre environment and the ability to communicate constructively with staff and managers across the business to achieve customer focused outcomes. You will need to be effective at challenging and motivating staff to deliver high performance.

SALARY

UP TO £33,404 basic Salary + Excellent benefits & pension!!

THE PERFORMANCE COACH ROLE

They are looking for a Performance Coach who will provide intensive support to Customer Service Advisors to help them achieve their potential and improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of our clients customer services.

You will need to be an effective communicator and excellent team player. Preferably you will have worked within a contact centre environment and have a track record in delivering high quality and efficient customer services. You must be able to challenge and motivate staff to achieve their goals and have a good grasp of systems and data.

SALARY

Up to £25,890 basic salary + excellent benefits & pension!!
