Based Central Romford

Our client based in the heart of Romford requires customer service members to join their team of dedicated staff. Based in an FCA regulated environment you will be taking inbound calls from existing customers with queries regarding their accounts.

We are looking for candidates who really enjoy customer contact and have a drive to provide the best possible service they can. In response you will be put upon a very clear training path, and by the time your probation is complete you will receive a pay increase and The CII Foundation qualification. My client is passionate about enabling their staff to have all the tools they need to be outstanding in their role.

This is a full time role working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, but the company offer flexi-time within their core working hours.
