Based Central Romford

Our client based in the heart of Romford requires customer service members to join their team of dedicated staff. Based in an FCA regulated environment . you will spend 70% of your day responding to customer queries in writing. There will be a small element of taking inbound and making outbound calls in order to speed up the completion of a query for a customer.

We are looking for candidates who have ideally come from a financial services background, although this is not essential. Ideally though you will possess fantastic letter writing skills and be able to put together a business letter confidently. In response you will be put upon a very clear training path, and by the time your 6 month probation is complete you will have also achieved the CII Foundation qualification. My client is passionate about enabling their staff to have all the tools they need to be outstanding in their role.

Attention to detail is paramount within this role as is an ability to work to targets and deadlines.

This is a full time role working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, but the company offer flexi-time within their core working hours.
