Job Title: Business Change Analyst - Business Change

Description: Business Change Analyst – Business Change – Redhill – Surrey

I currently have a new opportunity for a Business Change Analyst who will work alongside business partners responsible for effective identification, quantification, prioritisation and implementation of business change (people, process, or system) to optimise working practices and drive efficiency. You will provide support to the programme of business change and facilitate the successful delivery of projects, assemble and manage projects tools such as project briefs, project plans, action and risk logs, manage smaller change or elements of larger change programmes aimed at optimising business processes, define project aims, target benefits and manage through to delivery.

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Analysis of complex data sets from multiple sources to identify and quantify improvement
• Provide support to the programme of business change
• Co-ordinate project teams and user groups to carry out the work required
• Ensure development of good quality procedure, process and where required training
• Provide documentation to support effective implementation of changes and continued effective management of processes
• Develop maintain and grow effective working partnerships across the business


My client is looking pay a base salary of between 26,000 - 27,000 + an excellent benefits package, and company bonus of up to 20%
