The Role

As Customer Service Agent you will provide excellent support services when dealing with customers, ensuring that customer support queries are monitored, resolved and appropriately escalated effectively, within the department’s service level agreement (SLA).

If you are selected for the position of Customer Service Agent, you will be set up for success with a personalised development plan; and the opportunity to progress professionally through a number of MS exams. Main Responsibilities as Customer Service Agent

* Handling inbound calls
* Logging calls on behalf of customers
* Answering queries
* Dealing with email queries
* Passing on queries to relevant departments
* Managing the progress of passed on queries and providing a resolution to the customer

Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful for the role of Customer Service Agent, you will have / be:

* Customer focused, and might already work within a similar role.
* The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
* An excellent telephone manner
* Able to communicate effectively through a mix of written and verbal communication.
* Able to demonstrate excellent customer care, through patience and understanding of customers’ requirements.
* Good at problem solving, and will be the type of person who picks up new concepts and processes quickly.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Such as Microsoft Office and Office365).
* Work to deadlines and targets set through SLAs and appraisals.
* Welsh Speaking
* Strong MS Office and Office 365 skills.
* Educated to degree level.
* Graduates welcome
