Job Title: Payouts Administrator - Motor Finance
Location:Warrington
Rate:£15K to £21,500 Per Year    Benefits: according to experience

15k-21.5k according to experience

Our client is specialist Motor Finance Brokerage facilitating point of sale finance facilities to Motor Dealerships throughout the UK.

You will need to have previous experience of working as part of a team in a busy office environment. Although the candidate will undergo a comprehensive training programme, experience in the motor finance industry is preferred. Strong communication & negotiation skills within a fast paced customer service environment is essential.


YOUR ROLE

- Provide full sales and administrative support to customers, suppliers & company Account Managers.
- Working within the new business team you will validate new funding requests and collate all relevant documentation to assist in authorising funds from our lending panel.
- Liaise with all parties involved in each transaction to ensure accurate invoicing is received and satisfactory customer identity validations are checked and completed.
- Produce and process documentation for the execution of client contracts and ensure that all verification checks have been met.
- Ensure all actions, dialogue and paperwork are uploaded onto the company’s systems and to create live updates to all clients involved.
- Prioritising key suppliers and their unique trading terms. “Know Your Customer” policy applies.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers, customers & lenders
- Providing cover for other colleagues in the new business department during periods of absence.

HOURS

Mon – Fri –Rotating Shift Pattern - 9:00am – 5:30pm & 10:00am – 6:30pm
1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis 10am – 6pm
Bank Holidays on a rota basis
