Description: Our client based just outside of Lincoln city centre is looking nto recruit a admin/receptionist to join their busy team. Y0u will work 30 hours a week but be flexible ideally 9am to 3pm but they can consider slightly later hours to fit in with the school run.

The Role

* To cover reception area and perform assorted duties, inc. sales and purchasing administration, aiding external sales team and support for office management / operations (covering a large variety of departments and tasks).

Other duties include; ordering and booking in, greeting/guiding visitors, taking minutes, marketing, diary management and involvement with HR and Quality Systems.

The Person

Strong initiative and prioritisation skills

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills

- Ambition to grow into challenging role

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Friendly / Positive outlook


- Experience of Sales or Purchasing administration

- Experience of Computer Accounts Software

- Experience with basic finance / pricing

- Strong typing speed

- Experience dealing with customers / suppliers


- Experience of record keeping / filing / auditing

- First Aid at Work Qualification
