Description: The Company and the Role:
Working for an International Digital Entertainment Company as a Sales Executive. Offering alternative and bespoke software technology solutions to major players in the hospitality industry around the globe. Versus traditional paper based media supplied to hotel guests and airplane passengers, as well as other hospitality users.
Living in London or within the M25, being home based you can have unfettered access to existing and new business clients across London and surrounding counties, as well as internationally.
Since 2011 the Company has been obtaining digital versions of magazines, newspapers etc. These have been obtained from publishing houses.
The Company have composed their own individual portfolios. These have been specifically created and targeted into the Hospitality industry sector as an alternative to traditionally printed material.
Service and Hospitality guests and passengers would enjoy the value and benefit of using modern technology as part of their experience, as everything is at the touch of a button.
Hospitality businesses benefit from a reduction in paper based production costs, logistics, distribution, recycling and other cost implications plus they are seen as more eco-friendly.
This is a full time permanent position.

Key Features of the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of leads, pursuing them and closing deals within hotels, airlines, lounges, cruise ships etc.
This role will involve generating pipeline leads over the telephone and face to face.
The role is home based so you will need to be confident and self-motivated to work under your own initiative.
You will be required to attend review meetings and updates with the Sales Director who is based in Hampshire.
Attend national industry expo events with the Sales Director and manage presentations.
Public speaking and pitching to other corporate businesses, explaining in detail your product and service, and its features and benefits.
You are essentially looking to reduce other businesses reliance on paper based media. Offering bespoke digital solutions for end user guests and passengers. Using so-called e-papers on any mobile / web-enabled device, such as iPads, tablet PCs as well as on iPhones, smartphones or laptops.
The exciting aspect of this role is that you can compose a customer-specific portfolio of prestigious national and international titles for your client.

Knowledge and Skills:
An understanding of mobile, wireless and landline telephony would be ideal. As you will need to gain a strong understanding of the digital entertainment landscape and market. Assessing potential client infrastructure capability and end user interface.
Worked to sales targets, KPI's, in a business to business cold calling sales role. With face to face and telephone based sales skills as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
You must be emotionally robust as you will be working from home and under your own supervision, with regular meetings with the Commercial Director.
Ideally a consultative / hospitality sales background would be advantageous, experience of selling into hotels, airlines, lounges or the cruise ship industry (the hospitality industry).
You must be willing to attend industry expo events for the business as and when required and manage presentations.
Account and client management is also a required skill.
Experience of CRM usage is a must.
You must have a clean driving licence and your own transport.

What's on Offer?
A starting basic salary of up to £23,000 with a realistic first year commission of up to £5,000. Commission is uncapped, but generating opportunities and closing deals can be a slow sales process with the aim to build your revenue pipeline and client base.
Company expenses, travel allowance and mileage are all available.
A full time permanent home based position where you are in charge of building your own client base across London and the South Coast.
As the first Sales Executive this gives you a chance to cherry pick the prime businesses to target.
Improved holiday allowance for the right candidate above the basic standard of 20 days.
As the first member of the corporate sales team, this would give you a great opportunity for a Team Leaders position, as you look to develop your own sales team.
