Job Title: Legal Cashier
Location:West End
Rate:£33K to £35K Per Year
Description: Our client, a highly regarded commercial law firm with an international profile, is seeking a Legal Cashier to join their busy Accounts team on a fixed term contract basis, for up to 6 months.

The Legal Cashier will be responsible for client and office account transactions, with responsibilities including:

Ensuring all requirements of SAR and any statutory regulations are met
Identifying faster payment, BACS and CHAPS receipts
Making sure cheques are drawn and banked to the relevant deadlines
Checking and posting client to office transfers
Verifying Dotnet transactions
Producing and reviewing disbursement reports
Informing fee earners of incoming money and funds
Monitoring the main transactional accounts
Keying electronic payments
Chasing fee earners for paperwork as required
Reporting any breaches of SAR

To secure this excellent opportunity, you will require a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Cashier, dealing with client transactions. You will also need strong academic grades in Maths and English.
Previous experience of CMS (Aderant Expert is essential).
