Job Title: Principal Designer / Cdm Health & Safety Advisor
Rate:£40K to £55K Per Year    Benefits: pension, RICS fees etc.
Description: THE ROLE

I am seeking a Principal Designer / CDM Health & Safety Advisor to work in LEICESTERSHIRE for a firm of consultants.

My client seeks someone who ideally has worked for a firm of consultants or developers.


Our client is a firm of multi disciplinary construction and property consultants with offices in the UK and abroad.


You will be a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant with experience of working on a range of building types e.g. residential, commercial, industrial and more.

You will need to have experience of the Principal Designer / CDM role to do site inspections, health & safety audits, asbestos management, fire risk management, give consultancy advice to contractors and building owners and to be the principal designer / contractor for a wide range of projects.

Ideally you will have a BSc in a construction subject plus IOSH / NEBOSH or similar qualifications plus several years relevant experience.

Salary is very negotiable plus pension and other benefits.
