Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor
Location:Leicester
Rate:£35K to £45K Per Year    Benefits: pension, RICS fees etc.
Description: THE ROLE

I am seeking a Building Surveyor to work in LEICESTERSHIRE for a firm of consultants.

My client seeks someone who can do project and professional work and who possibly may also have experience if the principal designer role if possible.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a firm of multi disciplinary construction and property consultants with offices in the UK and abroad.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Building Surveyor with a Degree in Building Surveying and be either MRICS or MCIOB qualified with project and professional experience.

Duties will include project management, contract administration, party wall advice, rights of light advice, disaster management, access audits, building surveys for condition and acquisition, advice on landlord and tenant matters and more.

Ideally my client would also like someone who has experience of the Principal Design / CDM-C role but they will also accept someone without this experience.

My client is working on a wide variety of building projects including residential, offices, retail, healthcare and more.

Salary around 35K to 45K very negotiable plus pension and other benefits.
