Description: Payroll Supervisor: This well-established, ‘Investors in People’ accredited organisation seeks an experienced payroll professional to join their Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be administering payroll for a wide range of staff on a new HR system.



Payroll Supervisor – the role:

This exciting role is a standalone position and will see you accountable for running the electronic payroll systems (updating enhancements and deductions, including statutory changes, working to Real Time regulatory requirements, running and reconciling payroll every month) administering the pensions plan, P45 and P60 distribution; covering all statutory and audit duties. Working closely with the Accounts Dept, there will be times when you will get involved in other areas to generally support the team. Other duties will typically cover areas such as:



Payroll Supervisor – the person:

The client needs a mature-minded and level-headed personality; someone who has a good track record in running Payroll for an organisation with a number of business units. Other attributes required include:

- CIPP (or similar) qualified

- Strong database and Excel skills

- Excellent communication and interaction skills

This is a solid opportunity an experienced Payroll Administrator / Supervisor to settle-down and grow with a company offering great working conditions. Salary to 27,500. 37.5hr week.
