Description: Professional Training Solutions is recruiting for a qualified childcare assessor required to deliver training and assess early years apprenticeship learners. There will also be a potential requirement to deliver Business Admin qualifications too.

Professional Training Solutions is looking for a committed professional to work across London Boroughs. As a growing private provider PTS is keen to expand its team of experienced staff and has a number of learners ready to start.

You will need to be able to identify learner's needs through initial assessment and support them accordingly. Be able to set and review SMART targets / Provide progress feedback to learners and provide support to ensure they meet their set goals / targets. You will need to ensure each learner's progression is recorded efficiently and assess competence throughout their qualifications. Functional skills experience is not essential but knowledge would be a bonus.

You should have a recognised assessor qualification and be capable of delivering teaching and learning sessions as well as coaching 1 to 1.

You will be part of a team within the sector who are able to help you with any issues and make sure you are on track to meet the achievable standards of a competent training organisation. Full induction training and support given throughout.
