Job Title: Graduate Construction Claims Consultant
Location:Stafford
Rate:£18K to £22K Per Year
Description: THE ROLE

I am now seeking either a GRADUATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR or a GRADUATE IN LAW with an interest in getting in to doing construction claims and dispute work to join a firm of consultants in Staffordshire.

THE COMPANY

My client is a small firm of construction claims consultants working with clients mainly in the the U.K.

They are generally involved in construction claims on various building projects with the odd civil engineering project too.

THE CANDIDATE

You will need to have either a Quantity Surveying qualification i.e. Degree or Diploma or a Law Degree along with an interest in working in construction claims and dispute resolution.

You will assist either the Partner or Senior Quantity Surveyor on all aspects of the claims consultant role.

You must have an eye for detail to be able to dig for information looking back at construction projects that have gone in to dispute about monies or delay.

You will be given full support to become chartered.

Salary in the region of 18000 to 22000 plus support to become chartered.
