Job Title: HR Manager
Rate:£35K to £42,500 Per Year
Description: Farrer Barnes are working with an innovative and community facing Multi Academy trust to recruit a passionate and experienced HR Manager to support the SLT and provide strategic HR support.

This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work for a successful and rapidly expanding academy trust in this brand new strategic HR Manager role.  The trust exists to support and assist their schools to build upon their strengths and to help them achieve rapid educational transformation. They have significant experience in running schools, and with over 4000 students.  This organisation is without question, a huge success story in Kent.

Driven by this astounding growth, they are now looking for someone who will become a key member of their leadership team, and will work towards the implementation, development and delivery of their people management strategy. This position would suit someone that has previously worked at a similar level and who is comfortable managing process and information systems, performance management, training and development, recruitment, remuneration and benefits, employee relations and employment legislation.  The position will deliver the high performance culture and be an integral part of the ongoing development of an outstanding workforce.
