Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location:Kingston upon Hull
Rate:£37,500 to £41,500 Per Year
Description: Farrer Barnes are working with an inspirational and passionate MAT (Multi Academy Trust) to recruit a HR Business Partner to be responsible for the operation and development of the HR function within the Trust.

With a background in the public sector and a passion for education, the ideal candidate will grow with the organisation whilst building a service that will meet the varied needs of our schools.

The role will include:

Developing and leading HR strategy;

Advising and supporting managers with all aspects of HR;

Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, guidance and process;

Building and leading a team equipped and willing to support our schools;

We are looking for someone who:

Is an outstanding practitioner who can raise standards, with proven experience in HR;

Is an outstanding team player;

Is CIPD qualified or equivalent;

Has the ability to work as part of a forward-looking team;

This post would be suitable for someone who has proven experience in an HR business partner role within education. The successful candidate must Have excellent communication skills, the ability to assume full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the HR function and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
