Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location:Sevenoaks
Rate:£32,500 to £42,500 Per Year
Description: Farrer Barnes are working with a community focused and fast expanding Multi Academy trust to fnd an exceptional candidate to appoint as HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be forward thinking, and preferably have previous schools/education HR experience. You will be suitably qualified, highly motivated, positive, emotionally intelligent and enthusiastic about contributing to this growing organisation.

The role will include:

Developing and leading HR strategy;

Advising and supporting managers with all aspects of HR;

Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, guidance and process;

Building and leading a team equipped and willing to support our schools;

 

We are looking for someone who:

Is an outstanding practitioner who can raise standards, with proven experience in HR;

Is an outstanding team player;

Is CIPD qualified or equivalent;

Has the ability to work as part of a forward-looking team;
