Description: Database Conversion Analyst (MS SQL, with exposure to VB, C#, SQL). Due to an internal promotion, this leading software firm seeks a data conversions analyst to join a critical business unit.

Database Conversion Analyst – the Role:

This exciting role will see you responsible for migrating data from new client systems to the company’s main product. During the process you will be maintaining, testing and helping to develop a range of data migration tools to aid with the efficient transition.

The position involves a good degree of client contact, gathering requirements and helping troubleshoot data issues throughout the conversion and installation process.

Database Conversion Analyst – the Person:

- The client is keen to secure someone with good blend of technical and customer handling skills, with:

- A good working experience of MS databases, with 1yrs+ experience of MSSQL

- An understanding of Visual Basic, C#, SQL – e.g. debugging code / writing small applications.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
