Are you working within ICT and seeking a new challenge?

Connexus is recruiting! We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable ICT Technical Analyst to join our team across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Shropshire.

You will be responsible for the support of a range of mission critical business applications and their underpinning network infrastructure.

Are you a:
Dedicated team player
Methodical thinker and Motivator
Proactive problem solver

Do you have:
1st and 2nd line experience
Full driving license and access to a vehicle
Desire and enthusiasm to achieve
Exceptional customer service, to communicate at all levels
Advance experience with active directory and Group Policy
Experience of SCCM, VMware, MDM (Microsoft) and DFS
Knowledge of Outlook and Office 365 including volume licence.
Call handling experience on an ICT Service Desk
