A large multinational corporation are seeking an EMEA Account Director who has data centre experience to lead and manage a multi country portfolio reporting into the EMEA Director on a global account.

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the EMEA account director is to lead the day to day delivery of a highly effective service across a multisite client to ensure that both service delivery and efficiency is optimised. You will have full operational leadership of teams across multiple contracts meeting and exceeding all contractual obligations. You`ll also have full P&L responsibility across multiple contracts and will need to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will be the point of escalation in the event of a disaster recovery, contractual issues, dispute resolution, etc.
