Job Title: Electrician
Rate:£30K to £31K Per Year
Description: We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Electrician or Air Conditioning Engineer with a working history in PPM and reactive maintenance. The role is a permanent position working on a retail portfolio on the M62/M1 Corridors. The core of the work will be maintenance (PPM and reactive) and general building services operations.

What is on offer:
The position requires an electrical or Air Conditioning engineer that can complete maintenance operations to a high standard with a good basic knowledge of HVAC and building services. Salary is 30-31k negotiable
Vehicle supplied with personal use
half hour each way

The Multi skilled Engineer will be required to perform the following:
- provide maintenance, inspection and repair services to general HVAC and/or Electrical plant
- complete PPM and reactive maintenance

- complete small works, installation and refurbishment building services equipment
- maintain and manage the records for all HVAC kit on the facility and provide a monitoring service for the critical maintenance schedules including records
- diagnose faults and repair
- liaise with building services and BMS teams, providing overlap where required
- assist with general ad-hoc maintenance tasks where required
- general lighting and lamping plus building and facility upkeep
- pipework and plant

- at least 2 years experience of PPM`s and reactive
