Job Title: HR Administrator
Rate:£19K Per Year    Benefits: good range of benefits
Description: A small, dedicated HR department at this well-established organisation is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team. The company is experiencing lots of growth and, with this, the HR team is being kept busy with day-to-day duties and project work.

Note: The company is seeking a strong administrator, with some HR administration skills. Levelling expectations; this role would not be so suitable for someone who is looking to develop their career and ‘climb the ladder’ in HR, as the team (3) is small, well-established and progression in this way will be limited. On saying this, there is lots of interesting work and varied duties and the role will keep you busy and challenged for the long-term. This is very much a company you can settle with.

HR Administrator – the role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, this position will see you working closely with the HR Advisor on a daily basis.

The position is varied, covering such areas as: recruitment administration, updating the HR database, preparing and issuing documentation, creating various reports, liaising with a range of departmental heads and third parties.

The client needs a mature-minded and level-headed personality; someone who has an understanding of HR issues, strong administration skills, communication, planning and organising; together with good IT skills (e.g. MS Office and experience of using databases).

All-in-all, this is a solid opportunity for an administrator to settle-down and be part of an experienced team. The client offers great working conditions. Salary to 19,000. 37.5hr week. Good range of benefits including plenty of holiday, private health care, pension, etc. Services advertised by Dupen are those of an Agency.
