An award winning building services specialist is looking for an Administrator to join the team based from their offices in Smethwick. The administrator will be responsible for offering facilities contract support to the team. Duties will include taking job orders from clients and passing the details to engineers, uploading data onto the company system, filing job sheets, updating spreadsheets, answering telephones and all other general office administration tasks as required..

The company are looking for an Administrator who is has previous admin experience, ideally in a contract support role. Basic I.T skills such as using word and excel are essential but training will be given on the companies computer systems.

In return our client is offering a salary of up to 17k. This role is working days form Monday to Friday on a 40 hour week, working hours are 8am-5pm.
