Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location:Richmond upon Thames
Rate:£25K to £30K Per Year
Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join one of the largest FM providers in the world, working on one of there key clients corporate offices in Richmond. Assisting the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for all services provided within this multi tenanted office, managing a small of team of front of house and reception staff, cleaning, risks assessments and security. Offering a very competitive salary ranging between 25,000 to 30,000, pension, health care and discretionary bonus.
As the Facilities Coordinator you will take charge of the day to day running of the offices, liaising with the client with regards to any requirements and issues, and ensuring that all are dealt with in a timely manner. You will be required to produce risk assessments and enter daily loggings of all works within facilities, as well as communicating with key stakeholders and director level employees.
If you are someone with excellent communication skills, client facing and have worked either a managing agent or FM provider, then we would like to hear from. This is an amazing opportunity for you to progress and step up within your current remit.
