Job Title: Assistant Service Delivery Manager

Description: Assistant Service Delivery Manager (Fund / Financial Solutions) - Leeds, 40,000 - 45,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits!

My client are a large international business who seek a service delivery manager to support the department manager with the responsibility for ensuring a high level of service is achieved demonstrating delivery against agreed service levels. Ideally this role will suit someone who has knowledge of fund accounting principles coupled with personnel management experience.

Duties: -

• To be the main day to day contact for client service queries and escalations
• Ensure the business and outsourced service providers deliver a quality service to clients
• Work closely with the department manager to implement changes in processes and identify the need for process improvements
• Ensure direct reports have regular 1-2-1's, development plans and coaching as required in the role
• Ensure timely publication of client reporting to clients and Relationship Manager for discussion at service review meetings

Experience Required

To be considered for this role it is essential you possess the following experience: -

• Excellent working knowledge of UK fund legislation, Fund Administration and Transfer Agency
• Management experience in relation to personnel development and training
• Previous relationship management skills / exposure
• GCSE Maths & English C+
• Any additional qualifications such as the IOC / IMC would be advantageous
