Our client is a leading Building Services and Facilities Management company who are currently recruiting a Contract Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Southampton, Hampshire. The hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm. 40 hours per week.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for but not limited to, the administration of the account to ensure assets, PPM and schedules are carried out effectively. To be part of a team supporting the account team in a number of administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Asset onboarding onto the CMMS to include all relevant details to track and maintain the asset.
- Create and maintain PPM schedule to allow for effective utilisation of labour and resource to carry out specific requirements.
- Schedule PPM work activities across all sites to ensure the SLA requirements are met.
- Carry out labour loading activities to ensure the 52 week maintenance plan is efficient.
- To prepare and issue reports relating to the PPM/reactive activities, which form part of the contract and customer requirement.
- To assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts.
- To aid with Helpdesk activities as and when required to cover.
- To assist with raising purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Reports any scheduling failures in order to reschedule
