Job Title: Building Services Technician

Description: Electrically Biased Building Services Technician, HVAC

We are currently looking for an electrically biased building services technician to join our clients already established HVAC team.

The salary our client is prepared to pay is between 32,000-34,000 (depending on experience) this excludes all overtime.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance to plant such as cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, calorifiers, UPS systems, diesel generators, power distribution units, lighting and emergency lighting equipment and single & three phase distribution. The engineer will be expected to work in a commercial environment where he/she will be liasing with both the public and contacts on a daily basis.
