Based: Theale Berkshire

Our client, an established Medical Equipment Leasing Business with approx. 150m of assets under management, is looking for a strong Procurement Administrator to join their Contracts team. You will be responsible for providing maintenance pricing to support the bid team, and other relevant departments. Reporting to the Service Contracts Controller you will play a key part in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Service Contracts Controller to provide agreed output to the Department’s internal customers
* Maintain the UK and Ireland maintenance Pricing Repository to the agreed standard
* Provide maintenance pricing in support of Business Development bids within agreed time-lines
* Monitor and report on pricing trends
* Develop and maintain a database/record of service contracts available from suppliers
* Develop and maintain a database/record of supplier terms and conditions
* Provide information as appropriate to the wider business about service contracts that provide additional context around pricing information
* Assist in the go-live of projects with the Business Development team
* Contribute to improved processes and procedures within Supply Chain and Procurement
* Assist with meeting preparation, organisation and minute taking
* Actively participate in ongoing professional development
* Deputise for the Service Contract Co-ordinator

Essential candidate Skills and Experience:

* CIPS qualified or working towards achieving CIPS
* Minimum of 2 years’ procurement experience within integrated supply chain, including CAPEX
* Ideally educated to A level or equivalent as a minimum with maths and English GCSE’s
* Experience in project management would be helpful
* Experience of specifying, negotiating CAPEX procurement
* Able to work to deadlines, effectively and accurately alone and within a team
* Able to work successfully in a fast-moving dynamic environment
* Appreciation of engineering operations would be useful although is not essential
* Some travel within the UK will be required
