We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (Cleaning) to provide account management, leadership and service excellence to a prestigious Client. Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will lead, support and guide their team in the development of the portfolio within England. The candidate will ensure that exceptional service levels, client satisfaction, continuous improvement and innovation are provided to the client and service users, enabling the attainment of set SLA. This position is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to grow their career in a prestigious environment. The successful candidate will manage a growing portfolio of high profile sites across Central London and England, they will be responsible for managing 150 employees consisting of Cleaning Managers, Supervisors, and Cleaning Operatives in corporate office environments. This is an active and visible role requiring demonstrable experience and expertise of cleaning, strong and proven leadership skills, excellent relationship skills, and experience in developing, driving, and delivering robust process.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Operations lead of the team in England and for the delivery of the overall operational metrics & sales targets.
• To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations.
• Consistently ensuring the delivery of client KPI’S/Sales targets including customer services, day to day standards, compliance measures and quality measures
• To develop and implement a well-defined Communication and Engagement model, in order to ensure all teams understand and deliver performance standards, they are engaged at work and with their colleagues
• Ability to demonstrate and articulate achievement of results i.e. health and safety, new innovation, business improvements, cost savings and revenue generation
• Working in conjunction with the Customer Relationship Manager to ensure that regular formal and informal meetings are conducted with clients to identify issues or areas of concern and to work closely with the wider management team to suggest and implement actions to resolve concerns and issues identified
• Responsible for training & development, performance, motivation, safety, welfare, and discipline of team members
• Ability to influence and manage key stakeholders
Requirements:
• Essential - previous experience managing large corporate office cleaning contracts within a multinational environment
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Dynamic individual who can engage with & develop team members and on-site colleagues to drive team ethos, inclusivity and success
• Capable of showcasing and delivering excellent client relationship management skills
• Proven experience managing large contracts and to be able to provide examples of innovation and employee engagement programmes
