18,000 per annum

Hours

Monday – Friday Full Time

Our successful client based in Stoke on Trent is looking for a “Purchasing Administrator” to join their purchasing team on an ongoing temporary basis.

As a “Purchasing Administrator”, responsibilities will include:

* Converting approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders
* Obtain approvals for spend
* Communicating purchase orders to suppliers
* Obtain order confirmations
* Work with Accounts Payable team to ensure suppliers can be paid on a timely basis
* Dealing with suppliers outside the UK
* Expedite purchase orders

The successful candidate will have purchasing experience ideally within a manufacturing company.
