Job Title: Associate Town Planner
Rate:£45K to £60K Per Year    Benefits: Car, bonus, pension, BUPA etc.
Description: THE ROLE

We are seeking an ASSOCIATE TOWN PLANNER with 5 years or more PQE experience to join our client in their EDINBURGH office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large and still expanding firm of consultants.

You will be Degree qualified and also must be MRTPI qualified.


Our client is a multi disciplinary firm of Town Planners and Surveyors.

Our client is expanding and seeking people at various levels.

They have a broad based client base which includes major retailers, developers, land owners and more.


You will be either Associate Town Planner or be a Senior Town Planner ready to take the next step up to Associate.

You must have a relevant Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Planning & Development or similar relevant degree and you must be chartered, MRTPI qualified.

You should have at least five years PQE or more.

You will deal with all aspects of town planning consultancy for major clients and have good report writing skills.

You should also be able to work within a team and to supervise and mentor less experienced planners.

You will be self motivated and ambitious.

It is essential that you have excellent communication and client facing skills.

A full UK driving licence and own car is essential.

Salary in the range of 45000 to 60000 or more for an Associate Town Planner plus company car, pension contribution, excellent bonus based on fees, health insurance and more.
