Job Title: Customer Service/Account Executive
Rate:£19K.00 to £20K.00 Per Year
Description: We are looking for a Customer Service/Account Executive for a large logistics company based in the SE London area. The successful candidate will report into the Customer Relations Manager and be responsible for the customer service to key accounts within the business.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Taking orders from clients and recording them accurately.

- Providing quotations to customers and up selling where possible.

- Implementing and maintaining Service Level Agreements.

- Proactively keeping clients informed of any delays or issues.

- Keeping all the administration up to date.

Job Skills/Requirements:-

- Excellent customer service skills.

- IT literate including the use of Microsoft Office packages.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients.

- Highly organised and good attention to detail.

- Can work well in a team as well as individually.

- Previous working knowledge of the transport industry and account management would be an advantage but not essential.




8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
