The Client

Our Client, a Fortune 500 organisation are seeking a Technical Facilities Manager to manage a commercial office space, West of London.

The Role
The successful Technical Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing property services through the effective management of the FM provider and specialist contractors. Although this is a general Facilities Management role the successful candidate must have a technical background as they will be the client subject matter expert for technical services.

The successful Technical Facilities Manager will effectively manage the TFM facilities provider and other property service partners to deliver the following services:

Planned and Reactive Maintenance of the Mechanical and Electrical services as well as the Fabric of the Building
Statutory Compliance
Grounds Maintenance

CAPEX Projects (Energy, Resilience etc)
Moves and Changes

Soft Services
Cleaning, Security .

The Individual

- Client facing
- Have a technical qualification
- Experienced in FM and blue chip corporates
- Over 5 years management experience in a similar role
