Our client are a leading building services and facilities management company who are currently recruiting for a Works Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis in Bournemouth, Dorset. The primary role of the Works Coordinator is to manage the processing of all Access Permits (E Permit & Regents Place Permits) and to support the account ITSM - (Information Technology Service Management) and additional process controls around access to work areas such as SAS (Security Access System) etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Management of the company Access System - E Permit
- Inputting of data into the ITSM system
- Development of new templates for the ITSM system where required
- Liaise with company groups across EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa).
- Raise Landlord Permits

The company Access/Permit Work I Access System, which are as follows:

- To obtain a Method Statement & Risk Assessment for the works being requested, check the details are correct and obtain further clarification of details if the method statements fail to reflect the works being carried out.
- Ensure that the works are carried out within the conditions of the company SSoW Policy
- Any possible Risk to the clients business.
- Liaise with company & contractors should works impinge on other works or Business
