I'm currently working with an ambitious consultancy who are looking to add an accomplished Reward Analyst to their team. You will be assisting a variety of clients on their Reward projects including, salary and benefit benchmarking, creating pay structures and designing bonus schemes. This is an excellent chance to develop your skills and grow within a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis and manipulation of client pay and benefits data using Excel
• Production of management reports, charts and graphs for presentation to client managers (both HR and line) to support key HR practices such as annual salary reviews, and pay, bonus and benefits benchmarking
• Development of pay structures for clients, modelling scenarios and payroll costs
• Development of bonus/commission schemes, modelling options and testing scenarios/costs
• Production of employee pay/benefit statements, equal pay audits and related activities
