Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Delivery Consultant to join our expanding Client Services. In line with our global vision, the Client Services function has been designed to support and manage our strategic client base.



The Client Services team works across sector and tenures, fielding roles that have been secured by the Client Services Management team.



The role of Senior Delivery Consultant is integral to the support, development and growth of Hydrogen’s client portfolio, which covers; Client Services, Communications & Marketing Compliance, Data Science/Analytics, Financial Crime/FIU/AML, Finance, HR/Recruitment/L&D, Middle Office & Operations, Procurement & Supply Chain, Risk, and Technology.



As a Senior Delivery Consultant in this space your efforts will be focused in your designated vertical, delivering against live roles in active clients, with whilst supporting the wider group as required across project, volume, and SOW campaigns.



Due to a significant increase in demand, the team is now looking to expand, and attract experienced Recruiters who are interested in working a Delivery / Account Management focused role. There is no requirement to conduct New Business activity.



Role objective & key duties:

Map, develop and manage key stakeholder relationships across the designated client and talent community including:

* Act as Hydrogen’s SME in your designated area of specialism
* Develop talent pools that are unique to Hydrogen and your operation
* Maintain relationships within the Client Services portfolio across your SME counterparts
* Highlight business opportunities to the Client Services Management community
* Implement multiple candidate sourcing strategies; professional and social media, networking tools, headhunting, networking, referrals, advertising and database searches
* Ability to build relationships with candidates that are in the top 10% of the market
* Ensure consistency in presenting the Hydrogen offering to both candidates and clients
* Maintain consistent KPI’s activity ensuring billings
* Develop existing client accounts
* Support strategic decisions in target clients, markets and development of niche delivery
* Prioritising time effectively to liaise with both candidates and clients effectively
* Go-to for market knowledge and expertise internally and externally



Requirements:

* A proven track record of delivery (contract/permanent) recruitment
* Experience of partnering with RPO/MSP vehicles
* A self-starter with the ability and desire to take responsibility for your own performance
* Strong stakeholder management, both external and internal relationships within our candidate and client portfolio
* Experience of end-to-end recruitment cycle, and an understanding of the process to hire for contract and permanent solutions
* A track record in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Possess a can-do, solutions driven approach to recruitment and client engagement
* Can demonstrate adherence and understanding of processes – internal & external
* You are an experienced consultant with a drive and determination to handle a heavy workload
